Prediction of current COVID-19 pandemic in India by Lanzhou University
据印度卫生部官网4月19日公布的数据，印度18日新增确诊病例273810例，再创疫情以来新高，不到一周的时间内，印度就增加了100万例确诊病例，是目前全球单日确诊病例数最多的国家；累计确诊升至15061919例，仅次于美国。
《新冠肺炎疫情全球预测系统》对印度未来2个月的疫情走势进行了预判。这将有助于印度实现更加精准合理的医疗资源配置，向当地民众提供预警服务。预测结果表明，如果印度政府保持目前的防疫政策，印度单日新增病例在今年6月前将超过56万，累计确诊病例数将达到3400万。（2021年4月20日）

Global Prediction System of COVID-19 Pandemic (GPCP) predicted the trend of the epidemic in India in the next two months, which will help India achieve a more accurate and reasonable allocation of medical resources and serve as an early warning to the local people. Prediction results indicate that if the government of India maintains its current pandemic prevention policy, the number of daily new cases in India would exceed 560,000 by this June, bringing its cumulative number of confirmed cases to 34 million.
