《新冠肺炎疫情全球预测系统》是由兰州大学西部生态安全协同创新中心主任黄建平教授组织带领中心团队完成的。西部生态安全协同创新中心于2018年12月获得教育部认定,由兰州大学牵头,中科院相关研究所,西藏大学、青海大学等高校,甘肃省治沙研究所等地方研究机构协同参与。中心紧扣国家发展战略,聚焦区域、行业战略需求和西部生态安全问题,积极参与有关国计民生、人类福祉的重大项目,积极协同承担国家、区域重大任务,开展协同创新研究,提供技术支撑与决策咨询。


全球COVID-19疫情暴发以来,中心积极协调各种科研力量,在中心主任黄建平教授带领下,奋战三个月,在现有区域疫情预测模型基础上,考虑了气候和环境条件以及政府管控措施对疫情传播的影响,成功开发出具有兰州大学全部知识产权的《新冠肺炎疫情全球预测系统》。《新冠肺炎疫情全球预测系统》开发的主要参加者包括:黄建平(项目负责人)、黄忠伟、魏韵、张立、刘晓岳、梁洪彬、连鑫博、刘楚薇、顾仟青、杜鹏岳、张镭、裴冬梅、孟钊钊、史晋森、赵文歆、姚丽洁、张北斗等。此外项目完成过程中得到了兰州大学公共卫生学院、兰州大学第一医学院的全力支持和配合,特别是兰州大学公共卫生学院刘兴荣院长,兰州大学第一医院李汛院长,兰州大学循证医学中心主任杨克虎教授和政治与国际关系学院汪金国院长、管理学院曲宗希副教授给予了技术指导和帮助。《新冠肺炎疫情全球预测系统》是在国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体(项目编号:41521004)、兰州大学“中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金”(项目编号:lzujbky-2020-kb31、lzujbky-2020-sp27、lzujbky-2022-kb09)和甘肃省引导科技创新发展专项资金项目(项目编号:2019ZX-06)支持下完成的。


The Global COVID-19 Prediction System is established by a team of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Western Ecological Safety (CIWES) led by Professor Jianping Huang, the director of the center. CIWES was certified by the Ministry of Education in December, 2018. Led by Lanzhou University, CIWES is collaboratively established by related Institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tibet University, Qinghai University, Gansu Institute of Desertification Control and other institutes. CIWES closely follows the national development strategy, focuses on regional and industry strategic needs and western ecological security issues, actively participates in major projects related to the national economy, people's livelihood and welfare, also actively undertakes major national and regional tasks, carries out collaborative innovation research, and provides technical support and decision-making consultation.


Since the outbreak of the global COVID-19 epidemic, CIWES has actively coordinated various scientific research strengths. Under the leadership of Professor Jianping Huang, team members have been working for three months to successfully develop the Global COVID-19 Prediction System (All copyright by Lanzhou University) on the basis of the existing regional epidemic prediction model. This system has taken the impact of climate and environmental conditions as well as government control measures on the spread of the outbreak into account. Major participants in the development of this system include: Jianping Huang (project leader), Zhongwei Huang, Yun Wei, Li Zhang, Xiaoyue Liu, Hongbin Liang, Xinbo Lian, Chuwei Liu, Qianqing Gu, Pengyue Du, Lei Zhang, Dongmei Pei, Zhaozhao Meng, Jinsen Shi,Wenxin Zhao and Lijie Yao. In addition, this project was fully supported and coordinated by the School of Public Health at Lanzhou University and the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. In particular, Xingrong Liu, Dean of the School of Public Health at Lanzhou University, Xun Li, director of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, and Kehu Yang, director of the Evidence Based Medicine Center at Lanzhou University,Jinguo Wang, Dean of School of Politics and International Relations, Zongxi Qu, associate professor of School of Management,have given technical guidance and assistance. The Global COVID-19 Prediction System is supported by the Innovative Research Groups of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 41521004), the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (lzujbky-2020-kb31, lzujbky-2020-sp27, lzujbky-2022-kb09and the Gansu Provincial Special Fund Project for Guiding Scientific and Technological Innovation and Development(Grant No. 2019ZX-06).
