Egypt has a population of 100 million. Assuming that Egypt completely lifts lockdown in early October, the second outbreak would peak in middle November, with daily new confirmed cases of about 2,800. Due to re-implementation of control measures, pandemic will gradually subside in March 2021, and the number of cumulative confirmed cases will reach about 420,000.
