Ecuador has a population of 17.08 million. Assuming that Ecuador completely lifts lockdown in early August, the second outbreak would peak in middle August, with daily new confirmed cases of about 5,000. Due to re-implementation of control measures, pandemic will gradually subside in December 2020, and the number of cumulative confirmed cases will reach about 300,000.
