Russia has a population of about 146 million. Assuming that Russia completely lifts lockdown in the end of November, the second outbreak would peak in the end of December of 2020, with daily new confirmed cases of about 20,000. Due to re-implementation of control measures, the second outbreak will be still at its peak by early next year, and the number of cumulative confirmed cases will reach about 3.8 million.
